Near the banks of the Macquarie River and West of Dubbo lays the Little Big Dairy Co. We chose this location over 10 years ago because we knew it was the perfect environment for our dairy farm. Our cows love it, and that alone makes it perfect.

How Fresh is Our Wholesale Milk?
We come from a long line of dairy farmers, and we’ve worked hard to improve on what we learned along the way. Everything on our farm is designed to create a quality product. We cultivate our pastures with specific grasses and milk our cows three times a day, all to ensure ample quantities with superior taste.
That’s why processing is always finished within twelve hours of milking, which means our milk is in the bottle long before the day is out. From there, we store it in refrigerated conditions until it reaches its final destination. There is no point in our process when the milk goes without refrigeration, and our products average a 20-day shelf life when stored properly.

At no point in the production process do our products ever leave the farm. We use state-of-the-art equipment to oversee every part of the process, and quickly. That’s what it means to be single source. It’s a promise we made to our customers when we first began manufacturing from our dairy milk farm near Dubbo, and it’s one we’re proud to have kept!
What’s even better is that we have enough space to see our milk production all the way through from start to finish. We’re one of the only wholesale milk distributors who completely process our own product while using sustainable farming practices. Our milk and dairy products are truly single source, which means they’re always the freshest on the market.

We also have a wide selection of products available wholesale that are perfect for caterers, coffee shops, bakeries and other members of the food industry. Our milk is available in full cream, less cream and no cream. We name them this to reflect our transparency to their production and ingredients, or lack thereof. So its less cream milk with 2% fat rather than ‘lite’. We even have non-homogenized milk with the cream at the top.
